It comprises an 8-week Basic Bootcamp focusing on church values, followed by 6-week Advanced Bootcamp courses that delve into evangelism, multiplication, character development, and more. Subsequently, a 4-week Practicum allows participants to apply their acquired knowledge in real-world scenarios, culminating in a graduation ceremony where each church defines the expectations for its graduates.
